Project developer is revealed to City Council
WOBURN - After a presentation from the developer, the City Council's Ordinance Committee this week endorsed a change to the city's zoning code that will allow an assisted living facility for senior citizens to be built on a section of the St. Anthony's parcel off Main Street in North Woburn.Pending what should be a perfunctory vote on Tuesday, Sept. 2, the council will create a "Senior Housing Overlay District" on a 6-acre site between the St. Anthony's chapel and an existing hotel.
